A moving reconstruction of the political and cultural climate in Bologna between 1976 and '77 when the city was alive with rebellious and creative youngsters fighting for emancipation and freedom to the accompaniment of Radio Alice, the most popular free radio station of its day which was later occupied and shut down by the police.
