Designed by the architect Paolo Desideri, the space was born from the restoration of the large glasshouse demolished in the 1930s, present in the original project by Pio Piacentini of 1877. Rebuilt in a bioclimatic key and with contemporary technologies and materials, the structure is completely transparent and offers a unique visual experience, thanks to its ability to transform over time. During the day, the transparency of the materials creates suggestive plays of light, while in the evening the environment is transformed into an "urban lantern", unifying interior and exterior in an extraordinary way.
The gastronomic offer of Esposizioni is based on quality, with refined and healthy proposals that combine tradition and innovation. The menus, curated by Chef Alessandro Circiello, reflect his commitment to communicating cuisine that is attentive to health and well-being, offering foods with organic, seasonal products with a reduced environmental impact.
In line with the CLIMAVORE project, promoted by Cooking Sections and curated by Le Orchestre della Trasformazione, to which Esposizioni immediately joined with enthusiasm, the restaurant has chosen to remove salmon from its menus, to raise awareness among its customers on the relationship between nutrition and climate crisis.
