(USA 1924) by Ernst Lubitsch, starring Florence Vidor, Monte Blue, Adolphe Menjou, b/w, 100’ (20fps), 35mm silent, with Italian and English intertitles

The marriage between professor Stock and his wife Mizzi is all ups and downs. She tries to seduce her friend Charlotte's husband, while Charlotte herself is being teased by a young admirer. It's a naughty game of couples blessed by Lubitsch's touch at his best, "a handbook for film directors, where objects, timings, misunderstandings and camera movements perfectly serve the story".
