(France 1983) directed by Jean-Luc Godard, starring Maruschka Detmers, Jacques Bonaffè, Jean-Luc Godard color, 84', 35mm Italian dubbed version
After getting mixed up with an anarchic group, the young and lovely Carmen asks her uncle, a dazed film director stuck in a clinic, to let her use his apartment to shoot a film. However, she actually uses the apartment to plan a bank robbery, but what she didn't plan on was falling in love with a cop... One of the funniest (and sexiest) films directed by Godard, full of innovative, fascinating ideas about sound, music and photography. The film won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival.
