S8ZERO

Through the work of thirteen international artists, this exhibition examined the development of a new concept of identity, determined by the ever more invasive presence of technology in our daily lives. It considered the transformation of the structure of the work of art as a result of the concentration on the present event and of the speed of information, which has reduced the importance of the subject in favour of its representation as an image.

The exhibition itinerary goes through installations by artists from different European countries and from the United States: Mario Airò (Italy), Olaf Breuning (Switzerland), Bureau of Inverse Technology (U.S.A.), Dafni & Papadatos (Italy), Dara Friedman (U.S.A.), Henrik Håkansson (Sweden), Christian Jankowski (Germany), Aernout Mik (Holland), Tanja Ostojic (Serbia), Paul Pfeiffer (U.S.A.), Ross Sinclair (Scotland), Sabrina Torelli (Italy), Jane and Louise Wilson (Great Britain).
