scientific aperitifs with Giangiacomo Gandolfi, INAF Astronomical Observatory of Rome and Antonella Gasperini, INAF Astrophysical Observatory of Arcetri
The link between the study of the sky and our country is very deep and distant in time: from Galileo to Angelo Secchi, Italy saw the birth of the first instruments for observing the cosmos, both with the naked eye and with the aid of measurement tools. A two-voice dialogue will allow us to outline some of the most relevant contributions to the study of the Universe obtained thanks to Italian scholars and will reveal the existence of an extraordinary and unique historical heritage.
