Every breath we take originates in the sea thanks to seaweed which is crucial for the earth’s balance, and yet it is still largely unknown. What is the origin of seaweed? How has it transformed our biosphere and how has it evolved? Four leading scientists will be teaching us how to recognise its diversity and explaining its importance for human and environmental health, an area man is only just beginning to explore today.
